The Gigabyte G34WQC A is equipped with dual 2W stereo speakers and its connectivity options include two HDMI 2.0 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 inputs, a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It can be removed for VESA wall mounting (100 x 100 mm). The stand offers height adjustment up to 100 mm and tilts from -5 to 20 degrees. The refresh rate is up to 144Hz and there's an AMD FreeSync Premium certification. They offer a typical brightness is 350 nits, true 8-bit color, 120% sRGB, and 90% DCI-P3 coverage. The two models feature 34-inch VA panels with a 1500R curvature and WQHD resolution - 3440 x 1440 pixels. The only differences we could spot are two - 1) the contrast ratio of the new model is 4000:1, while the older model has a 3000:1 static contrast 2) there's no mention of NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible certification for the new model. In essence, it is almost entirely identical to its older sibling - the Gigabyte G34WQC, which was unveiled in the summer of 2020. Gigabyte has unveiled a new gaming monitor dubbed Gigabyte G34WQC A.
